Shipping Rates
We offer a nationwide UK delivery and an international delivery service via Couriers and Freight, the price includes the postage, packaging and charges. We offer Free Delivery on orders over £75. International customers please contact us prior to ordering, as delivery charges may differ.

Click and Collect service is a service that is not a physical delivery method, whereas the buyer is expected to collect their order. In most cases it is faster and easier for the buyer to place their order online and just email a suitable day and time to collect their order, (Please allow sufficient time for the order to be picked and packed by our warehouse). Subject to bank holidays and force majeure.

Dispatch Times
We strive to dispatch orders the same day depending on the order size and quantity. Any orders placed after 2pm on a working day will be processed on the following working day. We offer a standard delivery of 3-5 Working Days, Next working day delivery and a Saturday Service. Our customers are reminded that delivery times and dispatch times may be affected by bank holidays and other factors as outlined with our terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide next day delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, and the following Scottish postcode zones: HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

 

Although Tiling Logistics does not offer an exact time that a delivery will be delivered, some the couriers Tiling Logistics uses may have a slot available. Such as; Before 10, Before 12, etc. Should you require a timed delivery, please contact us on 0121 773 9129 to discuss this.

 

Locations
Shipping prices are offered at domestic rates for mainland UK and central Scotland postcodes (some postcodes may be surcharged depending on weight/length). Shipping prices include packaging and handling costs. For Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland, surcharges apply to most products in accordance with the courier charges for these postcodes.

 

International Shipping
Shipping prices offered at domestic rates for international orders, it is important that you provide us with your EORI number, if you are business to minimise any unnecessary delays with customs. It is possible that customs may contact you to pay your country taxes and there also may be a handling fee levied by customs, (these fees are the sole responsibity of the buyer/recipient). You must create an account with us so that we can amend taxes charged from the UK, which do not apply.

Delivery time and day can vary according to the location of the delivery address, third party courier restrictions, bank holidays and stock availability.

Please Note: Most UK couriers can deliver up to 6pm.
