What you need to protect stone surfaces from water and oil stains
First of all, you need Fila MP90 Eco Extreme.
Fila MP90 Eco Xtreme is an ever-reliable and eco-friendly stain-resistant sealer for a range of stone surfaces. This impregnating sealer defends surfaces against water and oil without altering the surface's original appearance. Furthermore, the solution doesn't yellow after use and leaves no surface film. As a water-based sealer, MP90 also withstands residual humidity.
On top of water and oil resistance, this water-repellent impregnator provides anti-graffiti protection to the material, preventing paint from bonding. As such, later cleaning is much quicker as substances on the material are more easily removed.

How to protect stone surfaces from water and oil stains

For materials with matt finish (natural stone, terracotta, agglomerates, concrete titles):
1. Apply Fila MP90 Eco Xtreme
Apply Fila MP90 Eco Xtreme proportionately onto the surface with a brush or fleece pad. Additionally, be sure to wet grout lines.
Gently wipe away the excess using a clean cloth before it dries.
When treating highly absorbent surfaces, apply two coats of sealer in 20-minute periods.
For polished porcelain tiles, natural stone and agglomerates with glossy finish:
1. Apply Fila MP90 Eco Xtreme
Apply Fila MP90 Eco Xtreme to the surface, making sure to wet the grout lines, with a brush or fleece pad.
Quickly get rid of any excess before the impregnator dries.
2. Rub the sealer into the material
Typically, this product dries within 10-15 minutes. Before this happens, rub the solution into the surface using a microfiber cloth. Ensure the cloth is slightly wetted with the impregnating sealer to improve penetration.
As an alternative, consider using a single-disc floor scrubber if available to speed up the process.
After protecting stone surfaces from water and oil stains
Surfaces are ready for use just 2 hours after treatment. Although, water and oil-repellent defence begin to act after 24 hours.

How to: Protect Stone Surfaces from Water Damage and Stains
Why use a colour-enhancing impregnator to protect stone?
Natural stone surfaces are perfect for elevating the appearance of any area they are in thanks to their luxurious and unique texture. However, the beauty of natural stone fades over time without the right protection. This is where a colour-enhancing impregnator comes in. Not only do they restore the appearance of faded stone surfaces, but a colour-enhancing impregnator will also protect surfaces from future alterations to their appearance, including staining.
Why Faber Stone Colour Enhancer?
Faber Stone Colour Enhancer is a solvent-based, wet-look colour enhancer that elevates the appearance of stone surfaces. It leaves a semi-gloss satin finish on natural stone and materials with non-polished finishes and a medium to high level of absorption.
Even on especially absorbent surfaces, this impregnator provides an in-depth wet look, while also creating a semi-polished surface finish and a warm colouring. This colouring enhances the natural grain and aesthetics of the surfaces.
However, Faber Stone Colour Enhancer does more than make surfaces look better, it also protects them and preserves their beautiful appearances. This natural stone sealer offers fantastic water-repellent and stain-proof properties.
This wet-look impregnator is incredibly easy and applying it takes no time at all.
