Topical Sealers and Waxes

As the name suggests, a topical sealer forms a protective layer on top of stone surfaces.  This layer fulfills two primary purposes: protection and enhancing.

It protects floors and walls against moisture which prevents water damage and staining. The defence provided is also effective against, dirt, grease, oil and other chemicals. Doing so makes your floor and wall tiles much easier to clean. In addition, the protective barrier is subjected to wear and tear in place of the stone material of the surface. 

A topical sealer is perfect for enhancing and affecting the appearance of stone tile surfaces. They provide a matte, semi-gloss or gloss finish and darken the material.
