Porcelain is a ceramic material easily identified by its fine-grained, smooth and dense properties. It is made from a combination of clays and raw materials being fired at high temperatures. This process makes porcelain very hard and durable. 

Porcelain is a non-porous material meaning that it isn't very water absorbent. Due to this, sealing these types of surfaces isn't necessary for their maitenance and protection. Although, polishing porcelain tiles is very important.

While being very tough, porcelain is susceptible to scratches and cracks. With the tools, creams and waxes that Tiling Logistics offer, you can quickly and simply get rid of all defects in your porcelain tiling. 

After being polished, most porcelain tiles require sealing.

To Polish Porcelain Tiles

Tiling Logistics offers a range of products and equipment to clean and polishing your porcelain surfaces. We have polishing creams and waxs for getting rid of scratches on porcleain and restoring their shine. 

Use Faber Porcelain Restoration Cream to get rid of defects present on porcelain tiles including scratches, dullness and cloudy effects. It leaves an even-look finish on the tiles without altering the original appearance. Apply the porcelain polishing cream with White Polishing Pad. 

For smaller areas, we suggest using Shine Repair Dark or Shine Repair Light depending on the colour of the porcelain. These polishing creams restore shine to dull surfaces and get rid of scratches. Buff surfaces with the white emulsifying pad when applying Shine Repair.

Cleaning Porcelain Surfaces

To clean porcleain tiles, we suggest Ecoprotec Natural Stone and Porcelain Aftercare Cleaner. It is the perfect cleaner for end users when giving porcelain surfaces a routine cleaning. It is ph neutral as to not damage the tiles or surrounding environment.
