All item(s) suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned to us, these items will be examined by our staff within 48 hours (usually less) on receipt. Should a return be sent to us and is not received we will not be able to refund or replace the item, it is the sole responsibilty of the sender to obtain sufficient postage and we suggest obtaining a tracked postage method. A restocking fee of an item sent to us that is not faulty or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. The original postage / delivery charge may not be refunded and only done so at our discretion.
In the case of any electrical items, these will be tested by us and if no fault can be found or the suspected fault cannot be replicated, then the item(s) may be returned to you at your own cost (a handling charge of up to £50 may be incurred for testing items with no faults found) or a refund of the item may be issued and restocked (please note a 15% handling/restocking fee may be applied at our discretion).
To return any goods to us, please send a copy of your original receipt or a letter explaining the reason for the return, only send an item back to us if we accept the return, it is advisable to send us an email to request a return as a return that is not requested and authorised may not be refunded. Please ensure that you clearly label all goods you send to us with your name, address and invoice number.
