Faber Professional Hidro Protector MM Rising Damp and Stains Stone Sealer Protector

Faber Hidro Protector MM is a high-performance impregnating treatment to protect the natural stone against staining and the harmful effects of water and rising dampness. It is characterised by a 100% water-based, eco-friendly formula. The specific characteristic of Faber Hidro Protector MM is that it penetrates natural stone deep down, guaranteeing strong, lasting protection without compromising the original breathability of the surface

Faber Hidro Protector MM is a product that combines water-repellent properties with a stain-proofing function in a single solution, especially on glossy surfaces. It also adds a marked resistance to rising damp, responsible for the majority of problems generally found on natural stone: persistent damp marks, formation of rust, yellow damp marks, flaking or detached surfaces, salt efflorescence, and surface aggressions

Suitable for Use On:
- Marble/ Marble Agglomerates

Coverage Guide (1 Litre):
- Approximately 10 to 15 square metres, depending on the determined suitability for the surface

Method of Use:
- Dilute down to a ratio of between 1:1 and 1:4, or undiluted in extreme cases
- Clean away any surface residues before proceeding to wash the surface
- Thoroughly rinse with clean water and allow it to dry
- Apply a layer of Faber Hidro Protector MM in even coats that cover the whole surface, including both the top and edges of the slab/tile
- After about 5-10 minutes, before Faber Hidro Protector MM dries, even out any product residues remaining on the surface, taking care to distribute them uniformly
- For a perfectly clean surface in this stage, we recommend redistributing residues until they have been completely eliminated
- Leave to dry for 1-2 hours, reposition the slabs or tiles in order to be able to treat the bottom proceeding as described above
- Remove the redistributed residues once the material is completely dry using a white pad or a damp cloth

Additional Information:
- Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with Faber Hidro Protector MM must be protected
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
- Surfaces must be between 5 and 40°C before application
