Concrete Polishing 2 Day Training Course 2-3 November 2023

Tiling Logistics is offering a 2-day training course where we will provide attendees with all the knowledge they need to be successful when polishing concrete. Our training course details the various processes you need to follow to renovate and restore concrete flooring.

What will you learn during the concrete polishing training course?

When treating concrete surfaces, the condition of the material and the result you want affects how you complete the job. This concrete training course will teach you everything you need to know about polishing and working on these surfaces: whether it’s the new installation of concrete floors or required maintenance. 

The Tiling Logistics concrete training course aims to cover multiple topics with attendees. 

Develop your understanding to consider new possibilities in floor preparation for overlay systems such as concrete, resin, flake systems or paints.

You will how to how harden concrete flooring, recolour the surface and achieve the finish you desire. 

Attendees will see first-hand demonstrations of the process to give them the best understanding of polishing, hardening, recolouring and finishing concrete flooring. Demonstrations of the polishing process are performed on hard concrete with 3-phase machines. We use 3-phase machines to save time during the course and get through as much content as possible. Although, all work performed on the course can be done with a single-phase machine. 

When working with the concrete polishing machines, we will cover how to select the best diamond tooling to work on concrete surfaces. 

Who will be leading the course?

Our concrete polishing training course will be led by Antony Martin, Technical Director of Tiling Logistics. Antony has decades of up-close experience with hard floor restoration and preservation making him the perfect choice to lead this course. He has encountered all types of concrete material and is familiar with treatments for all of them.

Tiling Logistics are the stone renovation specialists headed by Kevin and Antony Martin; a father-son due with over 30 years of combined experience in the surface care industry. Out of these 30-plus years, Kevin has spent 15 running training courses just like this one. After learning from his father and heading countless training courses himself, Antony is more than equipped to deliver all the information you need. 

When does the course begin?

The concrete renovation and maintenance course starts at 9 am sharp. We suggest arriving by 08:00 for tea/coffee ahead of the course.

Food and Drinks offered

Throughout the course, Tiling Logistics will provide lunch and refreshments for all who attend. For attendees brining their own food and drink know that Tiling Logistics has an oven, microwaves and fridges. If you are having a lunch provided by us, please let us know of any dietary requirements.
