LTP Grimex | Why Clean Grime?
LTP Grimex | Why Is It Important To Clean Grime?
Have you ever wondered why it is so important to clean grime? LTP Grimex may help you understand and make it look effortless.
In this blog, we will tell you the importance of tile grout and how to remove this dirt and grime, the right way.
THE IMPORTANCE OF CLEANING GRIME
Don’t really know what grime is? Grime is dirt ingrained on the surface of something.
Lazy or sloppy cleaning practices can lead to the fast growth of germs and harmful bacteria which can potentially thrive anywhere.
Failing to keep the entirety of the area clean means encouraging these germs and bacteria to thrive which can cause widespread and prolonged illness.
This is where LTP Grimex comes into play.
This grime and stain remover will kill the germs, but make sure to do this when needed so keep an eye on it.
When left to accumulate, this could possibly lead to mould. Although, it is more likely to develop in areas where water and moisture are common.
Therefore, make sure the job is done thoroughly and not left abandoned.
LTP GRIMEX
LTP Grimex is a heavy-duty, grime and stain remover that is effective at removing stains such as oil, grease, ingrained dirt, grime and old wax layers from all artificial and natural tiles and stone.
This accelerated cleaner aids stain and existing sealant layer removal from floors and tiles, and can also be used for the general care of external driveways, patios and paths.
LTP Grimex makes tackling different cleaning jobs look as simple as changing its level of dilution, which is unimaginably easy.
It is not just indoors where the LTP Grimex shines through, as outdoor surfaces with ingrained dirt can be treated and taken general care of.
The surfaces that it is most effective on are stone, travertine, slate, porcelain, terracotta and quarry tiles.
Also suitable for limestone, sandstone, slate, marble, granite, brick & external paving.
THE APPLICATION OF LTP GRIMEX
First of all, this product will need to be diluted due to the severity of the surface.
In mild cases and or on absorbent tiles: Dilute to a ratio of (Solution:Water) 1:10 with warm water.
Apply the diluted LTP Grimex with a cloth or mop.
Wipe off thoroughly with a clean damp cloth.
In more severe cases: Dilute to a ratio of 1:3 with warm water
Apply the diluted LTP Grimex liberally, spreading over the surface of tiles.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If necessary agitate with a scrubbing brush.
Then, leave to react for 5-10 minutes, keeping wet with additional solution.
Begin to agitate surface again, mop up and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
In extremely severe cases: Use undiluted.
Agitate with a scrubbing brush or mechanical scrubber if necessary.
However, after use, neutralise the treated surface with clean water.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COVER?
Again, this product all depends on the severity of the surface.
In mild cases, a 1-litre bottle can cover up to 50m² with being diluted following the guide. This also means a 5-litre bottle can cover 250m².
With more severe damage to the surface, a 1-litre bottle can only cover up to 20m² and 100m² with a 5-litre bottle.
Now in extremely severe cases, with using a 1-litre bottle concentrated, no dilution, it can cover up to 5-10m² and 25-50m² with a 5-litre bottle.
Overall, LTP Grimex will definitely give you a return on your investment!
WHAT TO AVOID
Avoid the risk and mask and protect painted surfaces, untreated wood and other sensitive areas.
Do not overspray, rinse if necessary.
Any alkalinity or Grimex remaining on surfaces should be completely neutralised. This may be done with a little clean water applied by a sponge.
Should not be used for everyday cleaning of floors or walls that have been sealed.
Cleaned surfaces that have been previously sealed should be re-sealed after using this product.
