Calibra Ceramic Scratch Removal Discs for Concrete Floors

The Calibra ceramic discs are the choice for removing scratches left behind by metal bond grinding tools. They are effective for use on hard and medium concrete. Although, these ceramic discs are ready to use on soft concrete at the cost of a shorter service life. Additionally, these scratch-removal tools must be used dry.

When using the Calibra Ceramic scratch-removing discs, we advise using an electric machine with 650 - 800 rpm. Alternatively, when used with a propane machine, we suggest 2100 -2600 rpm.  

These polishing machine accessories are offered in 3” with velcro backing. 

The Calibra Ceramic discs have a grit range of 30, 50, 100 and 200 grit. 

As previously mentioned, the Calibra scratch removal discs are for hard to medium concrete. Use the Corsa Hybrids for soft concrete surfaces.
