Faber Professional Disycott End of Installation Cleaner Removes Residues and Inorganic Dirt

Faber Disycott is a highly concentrated, acid-based, end of installation cleaner to remove residues of cement, cement-based grout, dirt, and inorganic residues such as salts, limescale, and efflorescence. Faber Disycott is fast-acting and will not develop fumes; it is also quick and easy to apply and will not damage the appearance of the surface, material, or grout

Faber Disycott has a unique formula that contains inhibited acids and specific cleaning agents that have made it possible to replace the muriatic acid normally used to clean after installation. The result is significantly improved performance plus a drastic reduction in the chemical risks from using particularly aggressive acids

Suitable For Use On:

Not suitable for use on polished lime-based materials such as marble, travertine, limestone, marble-cement agglomerate, marble-resin agglomerate.

Coverage and Dilution Guide (1 Litre):
- Approximately 10 to 15 square metres, depending on the determined suitability for the surface
- Low-Degree Absorbent Materials: 1:2
- Stubborn Residues: 1:4

Method of Use:
- Dilute down to a ratio of between 1:2 and 1:4
- Clean the surface, making sure to remove any dust or dirt present, using a broom or vacuum cleaner
- Apply Faber Disycott to the surface, in small areas at a time, distributing it evenly with a scrub brush (or single-disc machine if necessary)
- Leave for 10-15 minutes, helping its dissolving action by passing over with a large brush or single-disc machine
- Remove the cleaning residues, following the guide's time, using clean water onto the surface distributed evenly
- Remove any excess liquid which can be absorbed with cloths, absorbent paper towels, or a  liquid vacuum cleaner
- Rinse the surface thoroughly using clean water
- Repeat the operation if needed

Additional Information:
- Do not mix Faber Disycott with other chemical compounds
- Always keep a fine layer of product throughout the treatment, even if more is needed to be
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
