Faber Professional No Rug Water Based Acidic Rust Stain Remover 1L

Faber No Rug is a water-based stain remover specially formulated to remove rust stains from acid-resistant surfaces. Faber No Rug can also be effective on saline efflorescence and dark stains from oxidation.

Faber No Rug has a unique formula that allows it to penetrate deep down, no matter the surface. Once there, it even removes the rust in the thickness of the material. Faber No Rug works solely without needing any further processes. Faber No Rug is quick and easy to apply, and its use will not alter the surface’s original appearance.

Method of Use:
- Clean the surface, making sure to remove any dust or dirt present
- Apply the undiluted Faber No Rug in abundance, straight onto the surface, and spread it evenly using a brush or spatula
- Leave to react on the surface, the time required will depend on the intensity of the stain
- For pale rust marks leave for 30-60 minutes
- For deep rust marks 1-4 hours
- For deep, dark stains 8-24 hours
- Remove any residue using a clean cloth and rinse with clean water
- Repeat the operation if the stain persists

Additional Information:
- Never apply to wet or overheated surfaces
- Do not use the product on polished surfaces sensible to acids
- Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with Faber No Rug must be protected
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
- Surfaces must be between 5 and 40°C before application
