Full Description
Faber Protex is a superficial protective, fast-drying, stain-proof treatment, specifically developed to give top-ranking, lasting protection against stains to natural stone and all materials requiring it. Faber Protex can also be used as a surface stain-proof treatment in conjunction with a high penetrant water-repellent impregnator
Faber Protex is a neutral product that will not change the colour of the materials to which it is applied. It is resistant to UV rays, will not yellow over time, and is suitable for use on indoor and outdoor surfaces. Faber Protex is quick and easy to apply and forms no surface film. c is also certified for use with foods.
Suitable for Use On:
- Marble/ Marble Agglomerates
- Sandstone
- Resin Agglomerates
- Granite
- Limestone
- Slate
- Quartzite
- Travertine
- Cotto
- Terracotta
Coverage Guide (1 Litre):
- Approximately 10 to 15 square metres, depending on the determined suitability for the surface
Method of Use:
- Clean the surface, making sure to remove any dust or dirt present
- Apply thin, even coats of product, using a clean brush, cloth, or roller, to cover the whole surface being treated
- Faber Protex is fast drying and usually does not create any residues
- Any excess product can be wiped with ac clean, dry cloth
- If a second coat is needed, wait 45 minutes before completely dry for additional application
Additional Information:
- Never apply to wet or overheated surfaces
- Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with Faber Protex must be protected
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
- Surfaces must be between 5 and 40°C before application
