Faber Protex WB Professional Impregnating Sealer Protector

Faber Protex WB is a high-performance impregnating treatment to protect the natural stone against staining and the harmful effects of water and rising dampness. Faber Protex WB is a product that combines water-repellent properties with a stain proofing function in a single solution, especially on glossy surfaces, together with a distinctive resistance to rising damp, responsible for the majority of problems generally found on natural stone.

Faber Protex WB ‘s unique characteristic is that of penetrating natural stone deep down, ensuring strong, lasting protection without compromising the original breathability of the surface. Faber Protex WB helps to increase the resistance of the natural material to dirt and foot traffic, working as a definitive solution due to its high resistance to the action of dewaxed. Faber Protex WB is also certified for contact with foods.

Suitable for Use On:
- Marble/ Marble Agglomerates
- Granite
- Limestone
- Sandstone

Coverage Guide (1 Litre):
- Approximately 10 to 15 square metres, depending on the determined suitability for the surface

Method of Use:
- Apply a layer of Faber Protex WB in even coats that cover the whole surface, including both the top and edges of the slab/tile, using a clean brush or roller
- After about 5-10 minutes, before the product dries, even out any product residues remaining on the surface, taking care to distribute them uniformly
- For a perfectly clean surface in this stage, we recommend redistributing residues until they have been completely eliminated
- Leave to dry for 1-2 hours, reposition the slabs or tiles in order to be able to treat the bottom proceeding as described above
- Remove the redistributed residues once the material is completely dry using a white pad or a damp cloth

Additional Information:
- Wait 24 hours before laying the newly treated slab
- Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with Faber Protex WB must be protected
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
- Surfaces must be between 5 and 40°C before application
