LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block H2O 1L Tile and Stone Sealer

LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block H2O 1L is a water-based colour-enhancing impregnating sealer suitable for interior and exterior use. 

LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block H2O 1L provide an enhanced but natural finish and has a strong protection against staining and repelling water, oil and grease. LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block H2O 1L allow the surface to comfortably breathe and help reduce efflorescence.

LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block H2O 1L Coverage Guide (1 Litre):
- Polished Surfaces: Approx 30 square meters 
- Low Porosity Surfaces: Approx 15 square meters 
- High Porosity Surfaces: Approx 7.5 square meters

LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block H2O 1L Method of Use:
- The surface must be completely clean, dry and free from contamination
(If necessary, LTP Grimex is recommended to clean the floor and allow it to dry thoroughly)
- Shake before use
- If the surface is rough cut, tumbled, textured or riven, then apply LTP Colour Intensifier and Stainblock H2O generously with a roller or a paintbrush
- If the surface is honed, smooth and polished, then apply LTP Colour Intensifier and Stainblock H2O liberally and in even coats using a sealant applicator, lint-free cloth, lamb’s wool applicator or sponge
- Leave the surface for one hour, until completely dry, and remove any visible excess residual sealer using a microfibre cloth

If another coat is needed or the surface is not fully saturated, allow 60 minutes of drying time before applying a further coat.

LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block H2O 1L Additional Information:
- If applies, be sure to turn off underfloor heating prior to sealing
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
- Avoid the use of strong detergents to wash the treated surface
