Suitable for Use On:
- Saltillo

- Porous Unglazed Tile
- Other Concrete, Stone & Masonry Surfaces

Coverage (Quart/946ml):
- 50 to 200 square feet, depending on the determined suitability for the surface

Method of Use:
- The surface must be completely clean, dry, and free from contamination using the recommended cleaners
- Thoroughly rinse with clean water and allow it to dry
- Apply Miracle Sealants Matte Finish Sealer with a brush, pump sprayer, or clean mop in even coats
- Leave to dry for approximately 1-2 hours
- Remove any excess using a clean cloth or brush, typically no excess after application
- Allow Miracle Sealants Matte Finish Sealer 6-12 hours to dry before continuing with any procedure
- Multiple applications may be necessary to achieve desired results 

Additional Information:
- Do not allow Miracle Sealants Matte Finish Sealer to puddle on the surface.
- Protect neighboring surfaces including, but not limited; to wood, carpet, metal, landscaping, and other non-masonry surfaces
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
- Use only in well-ventilated areas
- Should not be diluted or thinned in any form
- For best results DO NOT allow surfaces to get wet and keep dry for a minimum of 3 days
