Faber Safe Marble is a water-based treatment specifically devised and developed to increase surface grip on marble, travertine, limestone, and lime-based floors, removing problems linked to their slippery surfaces. Faber Safe Marble acts directly on the surface, creating micro-erosions that are invisible to the naked eye and which boost the run-off of water to increase surface grip and therefore reduce slipping in wet conditions, either with footwear or bare feet

Faber Safe Marble is a unique product that solves the problems of slipping on lime-based materials, which are usually difficult to treat. Faber Safe Marble leaves the treated surface with good water-repellent properties and is easy to apply when the instructions are followed. Faber Safe Marble will not alter the colour of the material treated

Suitable For Use On:

Coverage:
- Approximately 20 to 30 square metres, depending on the determined suitability for the surface

Method of Use:
- Thoroughly rinse the surface with clean water and allow it to dry
- Apply a layer of Faber Safe Marble in even coats that cover the whole surface, using a clean brush or roller
- Leave for the amount of time suggested below:
- Limestone, soft marbles/lime-based surfaces: leave for 10-20 minutes
- Hard, compact lime-based surfaces: leave for 15-30 minutes
- Evenly wet and cover the surface with a layer of Faber Safe Marble
- Redistribute Faber Safe Marble, applying a further amount if needed
- Remove all excesses using a liquid vacuum cleaner and then rinse immediately with plenty of clean water
- Remove it from the treated area in the same amount of time used to apply it
- Work in small sections if used on a large surface area

Additional Information:
- Never apply Faber Safe Marble to wet or damp surfaces
- Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with Faber Safe Marble must be protected
- It is important to test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application
- Surfaces must be between 5 and 40°C before application
